Faye Tsai joined Terra Holdings, LLC as Assistant General Counsel, bringing a rich blend of international experience and specialized knowledge to the company. A Master of Laws graduate from New York University School of Law, Faye possesses a solid foundation in legal principles and a keen understanding of the real estate sector.
Originally from Taiwan, Faye’s diverse background enhances her approach to legal challenges. Before joining Terra Holdings, LLC, she worked at a high-volume real estate law firm in New York, where she gained valuable expertise in real estate law and transactions and developed skills in managing fast-paced and demanding situations.
At Terra Holdings, LLC, Faye collaborates closely with the General Counsel, making significant contributions to the company’s real estate services and supporting its strategic initiatives. Her ability to independently manage multiple priorities, combined with her outstanding project management and organizational skills, allows her to effectively balance legal and business aspects.
Faye is an active member of the New York City Bar Committee and an Authorized House Counsel in Connecticut. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, car camping, and exploring new cultures through travel.
