John DiCenzo

With over 30 years in real estate, John DiCenzo is the Executive Vice President and Managing Director for Brown Harris Stevens’ Westport and Wilton offices. Since inheriting 23 agents, he has grown the operation to a team of 59 agents who serve the communities of middle and eastern Fairfield County.



John has built an office culture that epitomizes a strong commitment to client service, incredible camaraderie, and expert utilization of the industry’s best marketing platforms.



Prior to joining Brown Harris Stevens, John was a co-founder and served as president of Country Living Associates. Under his leadership, Country Living developed into a regional residential firm with over 230 agents and employees in six sales offices, a full-service corporate relocation center, over $1 billion in annual sales, and over 1,300 annual transactions.



A licensed Broker in Connecticut, John serves as Brown Harris Stevens’ Broker of Record for Connecticut. In addition, he is a Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the SmartMLS (statewide), a Treasurer for the Board of Directors for the Wilton Chamber of Commerce, a commissioner on the Wilton Economic Development Commission, and is a past director (9 years) of the Greater Fairfield County CMLS.



John holds three advanced real estate designations: the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). He obtained a bachelor’s degree in media studies from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut.
