Michael Borlongan

Mitch Borlongan has been a dedicated team member of Terra Holdings for 21 years.

Mitch began his career as an Administrator and advanced steadily to his current role as a Director. Mitch oversees Listings and Licensing companywide where he has a pivotal role in managing key operational functions. He successfully leads the Listing Department, and working closely with system developers he has been indispensable in developing and enhancing the company’s Listing Data Entry systems.

Mitch holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the City University of New York. His academic journey included studies in Paris where he honed his culinary and hospitality skills, which he now applies to delivering exceptional customer service in the Real Estate Industry.

Outside of work, Mitch is family-oriented and enjoys spending time cooking, baking, and reading.
