Our Story
John Dugan and Mick DiStasio, having worked together for nearly a decade, joined forces as co-leaders of Skyline Advisory. Their distinct backgrounds converge in powerful ways: John, with Marine Corps discipline and experience as a Michelin-starred kitchen leader, brings a cool head under pressure and an eye for detail. Mick, a former professional basketball player, brings grit, strategy, and teamwork to the process. Together, they have guided hundreds of millions in transactions, including millions of dollars in rentals and built a reputation rooted in trust, integrity and exceptional service.
In 2025, Skyline Advisory joined Brown Harris Stevens’ Union Square office expanding their platform and resources while staying true to our client-first values. Today, the team includes eight talented agents: Rogan Mason, Jasvir Bal, Howard Hauptman, Rosa Teves, Val Loxhaj, Jonathan “Will” Wade, and more. Each bringing energy, market knowledge, and passion to every transaction.
