Vivian Zumot Dimond

Vivian Dimond has more than 30 years of experience in real estate marketing and sales, construction, property management, and residential and commercial financing and development. Her strong record has gained her a reputation as one of the most knowledgeable and successful real estate professionals in South Florida.



Vivian earned a real estate license in 1984 and has never looked back. She undertook her first project, The Fountains in South Miami, a 14-unit condominium development in the heart of town, and soon after parlayed that triumph into a remarkable career that has seen her establish myriad companies. In 2002, along with a select group of the industry's most accomplished real estate professionals, Vivian created Avatar Real Estate Services.



Among her vast portfolio: Dimond Development, Bayshore Grove Management, The Executive Suites at Grand Bay Plaza, Auker Development, the private real estate investment fund Aman Group and the orange-grove leasing company Henlee.
