Last week, Brown Harris Stevens CEO Bess Freedman was featured on CNN's Early Show, where she discussed the current state housing market. With consumer confidence dwindling amid changes and fluctuations in supply, demand, interest rates, and pricing, many are wondering how to go about achieving their real estate goals in the current climate.
