By Liat Salama

Will Guidara has opened and overseen some of the country's most esteemed fine dining establishments, including Eleven Madison Park and NoMad New York—-each of which have earned at least one Michelin Star.

Recently, Guidara stopped by our East Side office for a special conversation with Brown Harris Stevens CEO Bess Freedman. The insightful conversation spanned everything from highlights of his illustrious career to advice to any sales professional looking to provide premier hospitality and service.

Guidara also discussed his new book, “Unreasonable Hospitality: The Remarkable Power of Giving People More Than They Expect," in which he shares lessons he's learned since entering the restaurant industry. The book will be released on October 22.
