Southampton is an iconic seaside oasis and destination for countless summer vacationers– many of whom visit the Capri Hotel, which recently hit the market. Listed at $29 million, the hotel and restaurant is represented by Brown Harris Stevens Hamptons agents Anthony C. Cerio, Jared Schiavoni, and Mitchel L. Natter. It is the only hotel currently for sale in The Hamptons.
All 29 of the Capri Hotel’s rooms exude a classic coastal vibe that encourages relaxation. Guests enjoy tranquil views of the verdant, 2.3-acre property.
In a recent Behind the Hedges article, Anthony Cerio of the Cerio Natter Team shared his thoughts on the Capri Hotel’s value to the Hamptons, stating that it is “…impossible to duplicate at any cost,” given that it is the last hotel listing available on the market in the area.
Aside from its architectural charm, the Capri Hotel is an iconic getaway spot that has drawn in countless notable figures, from Jennifer Lopez and Howard Stern to Robert Deniro.
The hotel has long served its guests as both a relaxing summer getaway destination, as well as a local hotspot for community gatherings and exciting parties.
With its lush gardens, gorgeous poolside bathing club, and elegant coastal design, it’s no wonder the Capri is so highly sought after among Hamptons locals and visitors alike.
