A new social media trend, "girl math" has taken TikTok by storm. This set of internal calculations is utilized by women who aim to justify their spending habits and at times, larger purchases. Consider it a potential answer to "buyer's remorse."

Given what we know about "girl math," top-ranked Brown Harris Stevens Broker Lisa K. Lippman recently offered the real estate market's version of this metric: "broker math." In a recent Cottages and Gardens article, Lippman shared the 5 tenets of "broker math" for Agents navigating the current market.
