This Manhattan Penthouse Was Featured in HBO’s Succession

By Liat Salama

Recently featured in an episode of the hit series Succession was the lavish home of Roman Roy. Boasting unbeatable views of Manhattan and Central Park, the penthouse caught the eyes of viewers and real estate buffs alike. Located at 200 Amsterdam, the Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing-managed Penthouse is currently listed at $38M.

In the Succession episode, Roman Roy is seen getting ready for an event in the apartment. Instantly recognizable are the home’s floor-to-ceiling windows and elegant appointments, including granite and marble countertops, white oak cabinets, and satin nickel hardware.

The penthouse encompasses two stories and over 6,000 square feet, with four bedrooms, four baths, and a spacious terrace.

Exuding luxury, the master suite, as seen in Succession, directly overlooks the George Washington Bridge and Central Park. Its ensuite bathincludes a soaking tub, a marble floor with radiant heating, and a walk-in steam shower.

Connor snapped up Logan’s townhouse, but if Shiv is also in the market for something new, we might suggest a look at the 57th floor of Selene, a 63-story building designed by Pritzker-Prize winning architect Norman Foster. This full-floor, 3,385-square-foot home has sweeping panoramic views in every direction.

Since Greg might want to keep the family close, so he should look no further than a one-bedroom, 1.5 bath residence at Selene. But if the siblings had their way, they might want him a bit further from them, directing him to check out a one-bedroom at Vandewater, the 33 story tower designed by renowned architectural firm INC Architecture & Design in Morningside Heights.
