Street art has long been a hallmark of NYC's artistic enclaves, and in recent years, it has emerged as a creative way for developers and real estate agents to beautify buildings and streetscapes while preserving the city’s vibrant, creative spirit.

A prime example is the vibrant mural at 381 Broadway by renowned street artist Ian Sullivan. Commissioned by Brown Harris Stevens Agent Bo Poulsen, who is currently leasing the Tribeca property, the mural captures the dynamic energy of the city through bold colors and intricate details, celebrating the iconic architecture and spirit of New York.
