Edition Miami Beach Residences

In partnership with Marriott, Ian Schrager is launching Edition on Miami Beach. Edition is a Marriott hotel brand with individualized hotels that offer a hip, hotel experience. Schrager was the brains behind Miami’s Delano Hotel and Shore Club, plus a series of equally-successful and hip hotels in New York.

Miami’s Edition hotel complex is planning an opening in 2014, and in addition to a stunning hotel, Edition will have a nightclub, restaurants, a bowling alley, ice skating rink – and 26 ultra-luxury, ultra-cool residences.

The Residences at The Miami Beach Edition

The Edition complex is made up of a main hotel building, plus a new, 11-story building. The main building was previously the Seville Hotel in Miami Beach, but has been completely rebuilt from the inside out. The 26 residences of Edition occupy the top two floors of the hotel building and in the new building. Residences are available as one, two, three and four bedroom floorplans.
