Early in the planning phase, we engaged Humanscale, the leader in ergonomic design, for its first residential project. The partnership brought an innovative approach to work-from-home living, incorporating ergonomic programming into residences and communal spaces, offering personalized buyer consultations, and creating shoppable model homes with Humanscale products. This initiative differentiated the development in a competitive market, accelerated sales, and established a benchmark for wellness-driven, functional living environments.

ELLE DECOR

In collaboration with global design authority ELLE DECOR, we initiated the first-ever Modern Life Concept House along The High Line. Ten of ELLE DECOR'S celebrated designers partnered with modern brands to create stylish indoor and outdoor spaces. The showhouse attracted 2,000 visitors, generated 430 million media impressions, and directly led to multiple sales, elevating the development's profile and market positioning.

SAKS FIFTH AVENUE

We partnered with Saks to develop a co-branded digital and direct mail program for an Uptown project. The initiative included a dedicated platform on Saks.com, direct mail to Saks's top 2,000 customers, a co-branded email to their database and social media promotion via @saks. The partnership drove a 100% increase in web traffic, elevating the project's visibility among a high-value, targeted audience.

ARCHITECTURAL DIGEST

We partnered with Conde Nast's Architectural Digest to increase awareness among a targeted audience of high-net-work individuals, designers, and architects. Together, we created an authentic and engaging virtual experience: a 30-minute webinar hosted by AD's Digital Director, featuring interviews with the project's interior designers in model residences. The webinar was live-streamed and promoted by both the project and AD, resulting in a 30% increase in web traffic and heightened visibility among the target audience.
