In addition, he had lots of local resources at his fingertips. His recommendations all did great work at competitive prices. He advised us on market timing, which ended up being critically important, too. And he was available at any time of day or night to help. From the cosmetic work to the construction work to the staging and legal work, all of Bradley's advice was invaluable. We are forever grateful to him for helping guide us through the very stressful process in such a calm and cool manner. When we were getting the house ready, Brad even helped me pick paint colors for the outside of our house and he staged the house completely. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Those that have experience purchasing in Montclair know that it is a very competitive market. It is not uncommon to have multiple bids on one residence. In this environment, one has to have a certain level of patience as well as tenacity. Bradley informed us of this and prepared us well for this atmosphere. He constantly gave us reassurance and stood by our side throughout the process and afterward too. He was available at all times of the day (and night) to answer questions that we had. We wanted to make sure we had someone on our side even though we were far away and Bradley really kept us in the loop with what was going on with the house and we found his insight into the market invaluable. He was able to advise us on what to expect and we got multiple offers on the property before finally accepting an offer for full asking price. Bradley was great—very easy to work with and really knowledgeable. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor in the area.
