Dominique Ramirez is a seasoned real estate professional specializing in operations and project execution for new development projects in New York and South Florida. She currently serves as Director of Operations for the Young New Development Team at Brown Harris Stevens, where she plays a critical role in managing large-scale rental and condominium projects.
Currently she is the Project Manager for a 456 mixed use rental project in Hudson Yards for the Gotham Organization. In less than seven months, the project reached 75% leased, achieving rents averaging over$100 per square foot. Dominique is instrumental in managing the leasing team, implementing pricing strategy, developing marketing and reporting systems, and establishing operational procedures. She continues to work closely with leadership on all aspects of project execution and stabilization.
In addition to the rental projects, The Young New Development Team is in the marketing phase of a large-scale condominium project that will average over $3,000/psf for Douglaston Development where she has already played an integral role in the planning, design, and marketing phases.
Prior to these projects, Dominique led the lease-up of 115 East 55th Street, a 58-unit luxury rental development by Zeckendorf Development and AmTrust RE, where she was responsible for the success of a 5 month lease up averaging over $110 per square foot. She oversaw the leasing, marketing, team coordination, and operational infrastructure, including the development of automated systems to streamline leasing and ensure regulatory compliance.
Dominique joined Brown Harris Stevens in 2021 and was recognized as the Rising Star of the Midtown Office in Fall 2022 for her performance and leadership. She brings a strong foundation in both commercial and residential real estate. At MHP Real Estate Services, she served as a Marketing and Research Associate, contributing to complex commercial transactions and high-level market analyses. Earlier in her career, she worked at GetCharged, Inc. as Operations Manager, where she led strategic initiatives, investor relations, and multi-market expansion efforts. She began her professional journey at the New York Mets, supporting finance and accounting operations, including enterprise software implementation and budget forecasting.
