Ian McGowan is a trusted advisor in New York City real estate, with a decade of experience representing both buyers and sellers. Originally from Greenfield, Massachusetts, Ian earned degrees in Economics and Contemporary Dance from Connecticut College. Two decades ago, he moved to New York City to pursue a career in the competitive dance world, performing with a number of “downtown” companies. After a few years his path shifted and he brought his uniquely creative perspectives to the world of real estate, while building a life and raising a family. An avid golfer, music lover and reader, he is especially proud of his daughter, Saya, who shares his love of the arts.
