Kathleen Mulcahy

The East End of Long Island is in Kathleen Mulcahy’s blood. Her grandfather helped develop Montauk as Carl Fisher’s business partner, while her mother lived on the top floor of the “tower” in Montauk as a little girl. Growing up, Kathleen spent weekends and summers in East Hampton, and she still makes a point to visit Georgica Beach when she has free time. She established full-time residence in Sag Harbor in 2001, where she raised her children and was elected mayor in 2017.



Kathleen’s intimate knowledge of East Hampton and Sag Harbor makes her an invaluable asset for her real estate clients. With over a decade of award-winning experience managing client accounts at a retail marketing agency, Kathleen knows how to meet client needs and utilize marketing strategies to move real estate.   



In addition to her real estate career, Kathleen is active in her community. She serves as the Executive Director of Fighting Chance and is a proud member and supporter of Guild Hall of East Hampton. Kathleen is also a founding member of 725 Green, a Sag Harbor environmental group.
