You will love Mark! Our family has moved seven times, twice overseas. After working with that many realtors, I can say, with certainty, that Mark Gilrain is fantastic! He is truly a pleasure to work with. He will take care of everything you need. He really does go above and beyond your expectations. And, to top it off, he takes the stress out of looking at houses. He never tries to sway you one way or another, which is one of my pet peeves about so many other realtors. He understands that choosing a house is a personal decision and he will only inform you of all of the facts relating to the house. I am sure that you will be happy if you use Mark as your real estate agent!!

Mark Gilrain has guided us thought the purchase of two homes in Westport in the past two years. The first, bought as an investment , was a complicated foreclosure . He was ever present, an excellent communicator and never missed a beat in this convoluted transaction .Mark remained professional and calm in stressful negotiations and has an amazing attention to detail. I don't think we would have gotten the house without his help! The second was our own home, an out of state purchase, that could have become very difficult . He expedited matters whenever possible and acted as a bridge between buyer and seller, offering help and on point advice. He returned every call, message and email immediately and managed showings and appointments graciously . This review should act as a thank you for all of his dedication and hard work!

His relationship and assistance continues well after move in, helping the clients to maintain and make the house their own. This includes offering advice and locating resources, such as, builders, independent contractors or architects, like me. Even years after his work is done, clients feel comfortable contacting Mark and he continues to help in any way he can.
