For over 30 years, she has bought, sold, and designed homes in Manhattan and La Jolla, California, bringing a keen eye for staging and design to every transaction. Since moving full time to her home in New York City in 2012, she has become a trusted name at Brown Harris Stevens, where she is a member of the top-producing Arcus Team.

Marsi's eye for trends and artistic sensibility, honed through her work as a Tony Award-winning Broadway producer, enhance her ability to deliver exceptional results for her clients. She has produced acclaimed shows such as Good Night Good Luck, Dear Evan Hansen, Jersey Boys, Memphis, An Enemy of the People, and Parade, earning multiple Tony Awards for her work. Actively involved in the Roundabout, the Drama League and Memorial Sloan Kettering, Marsi also mentors prominent actors and producers navigating the arts and New York's real estate market.
