I have worked with many real estate agents over the years and Monika Filipek is the best of the best. She is easy to be with, never puts on any pressure, and always makes you feel like her most important client. Right from the beginning of our search, she was patient, attentive, and eager to help us. Even before she knew if we were serious buyers she showed nothing but genuine enthusiasm and caring. I always felt that she had our best interest at heart. Our search went on for quite a while, but she never wavered in her determination to find the perfect home for our family. Next, she was patient as we had to sell our previous house and worked through all different scenarios to make sure we were able to buy the house we wanted.
