Meet Patrick

Patrick Currier is an experienced real estate professional who has specialized in the sale and leasing of NYC properties since 2002. He has successfully facilitated transactions for co-ops, condos, townhouses, sponsors, investment properties; multi-family and commercial spaces while working for the top producing real estate offices in the country. His extensive experience and knowledge have resulted in a well-deserved reputation for efficient results along with a repeat client base that includes individuals, investors, attorneys, corporations, institutions and commercial/residential brokers. Due to his network of contacts, along with the extensive reach that Brown Harris Stevens provides, Patrick can also refer top agents outside of the Metropolitan area both domestically and internationally. Patrick consistently ranks in the top quartile of agents nationwide and past awards included Chairman's Circle Gold, President's Circle and Leading Edge Society. Prior to entering the real estate industry in 2002, Patrick worked for several prestigious Wall Street firms for 10-plus years. His experience at these firms provided him with a solid financial/analytical background which has served him well in evaluating properties for buyers, sellers and investors.

A graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Patrick is a long-term owner/resident of the Upper West Side of Manhattan where he currently resides with his family. Besides devoting time to work and family, Patrick is an avid sports fan that enjoys skiing, hockey, traveling and observing historic architecture.
