Peter developed his residential real estate business following 10 years in commercial real estate in Manhattan, where he focused on building management, leases, tenant relations, and supervising building projects. His passion for New York real estate started as a child growing up in a classic six on the Upper West Side, exploring the city’s most iconic buildings under the tutelage of his architect father.
Real estate is also personal to Peter, as he owns and manages a multi-unit building in Brooklyn, where he lives with his wife, their twin daughters, and their Bernedoodle, Birdie. From renovation projects to landscaping, repairs and maintenance, Peter is his own and his tenants’ handyman. His expertise in renovation and new construction, as well as his firsthand experience as a home-owner and landlord, makes him a useful resource for clients interested in everything from preservation and renovations to family homes and rental income.
Peter earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Sarah Lawrence College, where he studied architecture, film history and production, and screenwriting. In addition to spending time with his family, Peter enjoys Gardening, woodworking, home renovation projects and rooting for the New York Rangers.
