My path to real estate is anything but conventional. I began my career on the trading floor of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, where I learned to think quickly, read situations clearly, and stay calm under pressure — skills that prove invaluable in a competitive market like New York's. From there, I spent years as one of the city's leading sales directors in the architectural and interior design world, developing a sharp eye for a property's true character and potential — what it is, and what it could become.

I asked him a few questions that he didnt have the answers to, which he quickly jotted down and followed up the next day with the information I needed. I didnt purchase the studio, but I asked Raymond to assist in my search for an investment property. In October 2015, my husband and I stumbled upon an open house for a beautiful 2-bedroom apartment in a pre-war, co-op building in our neighborhood. We switched our focus from our investment property search to acquiring our dream apartment. We needed to move quickly as we noticed that there were several interested couples attending the open house.
