By talking, were able to eliminate certain parts that I would or wouldn't like. Then, he drove me through all five boroughs to get a "feel" for them and see what I liked. He did an amazing amount of groundwork with me before he even showed me my first potential house. Clearly, Rob had done his homework on me, because I ended up buying the first house he showed me.
