Stewart also coaches buyers for the board approval process - an aspect of cooperative purchasing that is particularly important to a successful outcome.

Born and raised in New York City, Stewart, who earned his B.A. in economics from Brooklyn College, brings significant sales and project management experience to the team. His technical career at companies such as Vignette and Clarify, as well as the esteemed firms of Shearson Lehman Hutton and Kidder Peabody & Company primed him for the rigors of the New York residential real estate arena and his key role within the team.

Stewart is a licensed real estate salesperson and a member of The Real Estate Board of New York. He currently resides in New York City.
