A born-and-raised New Yorker, Suzanne Werson has developed a wide network of connections throughout NYC, as well as in South Florida and internationally. Her experience in the luxury market, combined with her personal success in purchasing and selling properties, makes her uniquely apt to achieving clients’ goals.

After attending FIT and NYU, Suzanne entered the word of luxury fashion, first working at Ralph Lauren and then designing her own label of handbags, which were sold at Bergdorf Goodman, Klienfeld Bridal, and Vera Wang in Manhattan. Her love of Italian culture and language brought her to Italy, where she lived for 18 years. There, she had two children and started her own line of jewelry, currently sold on Palm Beach’s famed Worth Avenue. Suzanne’s creative eye for design now benefits her clients as they prepare to stage homes for the market.

Even prior to real estate, Suzanne found herself assisting friends with real estate decisions and flipping properties of her own. As such, pursuing a real estate license seemed a natural step. She has since enjoyed success in multiple markets, from South Florida to NYC.

Among Suzanne’s areas of specialty are international clientele, and she has often assisted clients overseas in finding their dream “home away from home” in the states.

Suzanne currently lives on the Upper East Side with her Chihuahua Lilly. Her son, Leonardo lives down the street from her and works at Deloitte. Her daughter Georgia lives in Florence, Italy, where Suzanne goes often to visit—both for pleasure and for real estate. She often helps agents in Italy with transactions involving American buyers.
