It was not until the pandemic that I began, reluctantly, to consider using agent. After first using Traci in 2019, I realized how valuable she was. She handled everything in a highly professional manner by first consulting with me on the rents, taking of photos and marketing, meeting and screening tenants, the negotiations and finally all of the paperwork. Literally the only thing I had to do was review a few pre-screened applications. Having Traci as my agent has truly been a burden lifted and she earns every penny of her commission.
