Prior to joining Halstead Property in 2009, Barbara spent 25 years in investment banking and finance, with special expertise in mortgage finance, corporate loans, and securitization. She received a BA in Mathematics from Smith College and a MBA from the Wharton School of Finance. She’s lived on the UWS and held many positions on various co-op boards, from treasurer to president to vice president so she has an “insider’s “ perspective of board procedures and requirements.

When time outside of work allows, Barbara’s favorite activities include movie and theater going and enjoying her home in Southold on Long Island’s North Fork.
