Babette Krolik serves as General Counsel to Terra Holdings, LLC, a holding company that owns and operates several real estate services firms, including Halstead Property Company, a residential brokerage and management company comprised of more than 250 brokers throughout Manhattan; Brown Harris Stevens, one of the oldest and largest residential and commercial real estate service providers in New York City with a staff of over 400 people operating in three states; and Vanderbilt Holdings, a financial services firm with disciplines in insurance and residential mortgage brokerage. She previously was counsel to Zeckendorf Realty, L.P. and the Zeckendorf Company, Inc. She served as general counsel to the New York City Housing Development Corporation and as associate counsel to the National Corporation for Housing Partnerships. She began her career with positions with the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Ms. Krolik holds a LLB from Northeastern University School of Law and a MA in Public Administration from the University of Southern California. She is a graduate of Brandeis University.
