France is an Associate Real Estate Broker with over 26 years of experience representing buyers and sellers as well as developers across all types of residential real estate transactions, including new developments, rental conversions, condominiums, cooperatives as well as townhouses and investment properties throughout Manhattan.

With more than $2 billion in closed sales, France is widely recognized for her strategic insight, discretion, and painstaking attention to detail. She approaches every transaction with precision and care, striving for perfection in both execution and client service.

A member of the Real Estate Board of New York, she has earned the trust of clients and developers alike for her patience, integrity, clear guidance at every stage of the process, and consistent results.

Originally from Montreal, Canada, and fluent in French, France brings a global perspective and a deep understanding of the cultural and financial nuances involved in buying and selling real estate in New York City.

Prior to joining Brown Harris Stevens, France held senior sales roles at Corcoran Sunshine Marketing and served as an Associate Real Estate Broker at Sotheby’s International Realty and The Coran Group, advising individual buyers, sellers, and prominent developers.

With a background in Organizational Psychology and interior design, France offers clients a thoughtful, well-rounded approach—combining market expertise, strong negotiation skills, and a refined eye to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
