Katharine Tuckerman has already had a nearly 20 year career in real estate and all of them at Brown Harris Stevens. Katharine joined the firm in 2007, beginning her career as a partner to her mother, Edith Tuckerman—a recognized veteran in the real estate world. Her late father, Roger Tuckerman, was President of BHS Residential Management, LLC until he retired in 2000.
Consistently a top producer and ranked top 10 companywide, Katharine has achieved nearly $1Billion dollars in sales and has been featured as an expert source in prominent publications, including the New York Times and The Wall Street Journal.
Katharine’s recent notable deals include a $10M Duplex at One Beekman Place, $10M sale at 770 Park Avenue, and a townhouse at 105 East 80th Street for $10.5M. She has served as broker specialist on the following cooperatives: 570 Park Avenue, 1 East 66th Street, 164 East 72nd Street and 1165 Fifth Avenue.
Katharine grew up on the Upper East Side, attend the Chapin School, before graduating from Hamilton College with a B.A. in English and French. She lives in Carnegie Hill with her husband, their two young children, and maltipoo Bogey (named after her golf game). When not working, Katharine enjoys weekends with her family in Westchester, where she is a member of the Bedford Golf and Tennis Club. She is also a member of the Colony Club and the Real Estate Board of New York.
