Born and raised on the Upper East Side, Marie is a native New Yorker, and she has acquired an extensive knowledge for the marketplace of cooperatives, condominiums, and townhouses. As a child she developed a near-encyclopedic knowledge of the city’s history and architecture, a passion which continues today. Marie’s insider’s knowledge of these markets is a great advantage for her clients. She has a strong referral base and invaluable contacts throughout the city. One of the reasons for her success is that she is “on call” twenty-four/seven.
