Meet Edward 'Ned'

As a seventh-generation New Yorker, Edward (“Ned”) literally has this great city in his blood. Born and raised in Manhattan, Ned knows New York City inside out and, in particular, has a deep knowledge of the Upper East Side and Midtown East. He comes to Brown Harris Stevens with over seven years of experience in the competitive world of digital marketing/advertising sales, and knows how to harness the power of social media and creativity to stay top-of-mind in today’s market. He is proud to be working alongside top brokers Richard Ferrari, Drew Glick, and Juliana Frei.

Ned’s state-of-the-art approach pairs perfectly with his old-school, service-first personality. Furthermore, he is keenly aware of how crucial preparation and legwork is for co-op board packages, since he himself owns an apartment in a co-op building.

Ned attended The Buckley School, then The Browning School (both located on the Upper East Side), and graduated from Gettysburg College. Ned is intimately familiar with the unique neighborhoods that make up the Upper East Side, as well as the local restaurants, parks and interesting landmarks. He has spent the last few years living in Beekman Place in Midtown East and is very knowledgeable regarding the area.

When he is not working with clients, showing apartments, or in the office, you can find Ned spending time with his wife or playing basketball.
