With more than 25 years of experience in South Florida's real estate industry, he brings deep expertise in brokerage leadership, business development, and agent coaching.
Deza will lead recruitment, business development, and productivity coaching for BHS Miami, supporting agents across the region. He joins BHS following a successful tenure at Keller Williams and is known for developing talent and championing innovation, earning both regional and national recognition.

His career spans both real estate and finance, including founding a successful lending firm.
