Dylan Bauver

Both an artist and real estate expert, Dylan Bauver’s aptitude for design and desire to help others is what brought him to Brown Harris Stevens.




Previously a full-time canvas and mural artist, Dylan’s roots in New York City run deep. He was among the first muralists selected by the Port Authority to paint at Ground Zero following the tragedies of September 11th. Dylan’s work soon grew to fuse art and real estate, as he was often commissioned by clients to adorn their new homes with murals and artwork. He now delights in using his eye for design to showcase properties in their best light. Clients also appreciate Dylan’s accessibility, outgoing nature, and steadfast commitment to achieving their goals.




A former Division I soccer goalkeeper for Winthrop University, Dylan helped his team win the coveted Big South Championship in 2019. He still enjoys playing when he is not busy with his son and family. Dylan’s other interests outside of work include cryptocurrency and NFT production.
