Meet Emanuella

Born and raised in Brazil, I grew up deeply immersed in real estate, gaining hands-on experience from age 14 at my parents’ brokerage, which later expanded into a development company. After earning my law degree and practicing civil law (contracts and city plans) for a few years, in 2011, I moved to the U.S. to learn English. I quickly fell in love with the vibrant community of Queens, where I’ve proudly made my home ever since, especially after giving birth to my first and only daughter in 2016.

As a real estate professional, I am passionate about helping first-time investors unlock real estate as a powerful path to multigenerational wealth. An immigrant and parent, I easily relate to my clients taking their first steps from renting to homeownership, I am also well prepared to help, especially those with plans to transition into real estate investing in the near future to build a strong foundation for generations to come.

An integral member of the Goldman Team at Brown Harris Stevens, I have developed a deep connection to Queens and have gained a wealth of knowledge in all facets of the Real Estate process, to help buyers and sellers through the often-complex purchase processes with clarity and confidence.

I’m closely involved in my child's education and well-being, proudly engaged with a strong Parents and Teachers Association, and always surrounded by a supportive community of parents. My religious faith guides my values, including my commitment to integrity, kindness, and service in both life and work.
