I cannot thank the Brame-Bauers team enough for making our purchase not only a seamless, but also a fun experience in what turned out to be the most difficult of markets (Spring/Summer 2020)! Jessica and Kate's market knowledge, confidence, and responsiveness is truly first-rate. They skillfully guided us through tense negotiations, worked with us on finding properties that fit my family's often differing interests, and treated us like we were their top priority every step of the way. Jessica and Kate's ability to access homes (often even before they were officially listed) was key during this year's buyers' market. Their Rolodex of helpful partners, from home inspectors to mortgage brokers and lawyers, made me feel like I had a full army behind me during this purchase. Most importantly, however, it is their honesty and trustworthiness which in my eyes sets them apart. They treat their clients not as a one-time sale or buy, but as friends.
