It has been a real pleasure to work with John Berman for over a decade. He helped me find excellent tenants for my condo on the Upper East side and, when it was time to sell, designed and implemented a very good strategy. We were in contract two weeks after the unit went to market, exactly as he had predicted. I will add that John is a consummate professional: very savvy about market conditions, friendly but not intrusive, highly responsive to requests of all kind. If I had to purchase real estate in Manhattan again he'd be the first person I would reach out to. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is simply terrific. (L.P.)

My wife and I recently closed on the purchase of an investment condo on West 51 Street. We were extremely satisfied with your broker, John Berman. We found him to be a true professional in every aspect. John really got to know us and understand what we were looking for. In every way he facilitated the process, including contacting the banks, lawyers, and property managers. He is extremely knowledgeable about Manhattan real estate and the whole purchasing sequence. He was always accessible and promptly returned all of our calls. This meant a lot to us. John was very through, always up on all issues. Even our lawyer commended John on his knowledge and perseverance. In addition to all of the above, John is a very nice and warm individual. It was a pleasure dealing with him.
