Kay has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker with Halstead Property (now BHS) from its start in 1984. She is an excellent negotiator and listener and very dedicated to her Clients. She sells a broad range of Real Estate, including coops, condos, lofts, townhouses and doctor’s offices. Her clients are both U.S.A. and non U.S.A. citizens.
Since graduating from college and getting her master’s degree in New York, all of her work experience has been in New York. Previous job experience includes selling high-tech medical equipment (CT, MRI, U/S) and many phases of publishing. She was in charge of computer input as Director of Research for News Election Service in 1968. It collected the raw vote for the 3 networks and 2 wire services.
Kay has always been an active volunteer and fundraiser. She is on the Advisory Council of the Hospitality Committee for U.N. Delegations, Women’s International Forum, UNDWC, & IAAC (Indian American Arts Council), Legacy Committee of the Explorers Club.
Kay enjoys traveling and scientific expeditions. She helped collect soil samples when climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro (19,340’). And helped restore petroglyphs on Easter Island. Both were Explorers Club Flag Expeditions. She has been active on the Race Committee for Cowes Week (Isle of Wight, U.K.). Kay is an active walker/hiker and a member of the American Alpine Club.She entertains often in her home and enjoys the friendship of many diverse people.
