Real estate has always been in Nancy’s DNA. As the daughter of a New York City architect and an interior designer, she grew up immersed in the world of design and structure. Her professional journey began in the design industry, working in a renowned stone and surface showroom in Manhattan, where she served a wide array of clients—from individual co-op and condo owners to townhouse residents and developers of commercial and residential properties.

It was a chance introduction to a prominent real estate figure—and a little nudge from her father—that set Nancy on her true path. She earned her license, joined then Halstead in 1996, and never looked back. She built a successful NYC real estate career, known for her impeccable taste, sharp negotiating skills, and an unwavering commitment to her clients.

About twenty years ago, Nancy purchased a weekend home in the Hudson Valley, with her then beloved sister. What started as a two-day retreat quickly turned into a three-day escape, and eventually, a full-fledged love affair with the region. Seeing an opportunity to merge her city experience with country living, she pitched a bold idea: bring a touch of NYC to the Hudson Valley real estate market. The idea took root, and the rest is history.

Today, Nancy is celebrated for her unparalleled market knowledge, strategic thinking, and a reputation for honesty and discretion. Her clients describe her as insightful, thorough, and an absolute joy to work with—combining professionalism with a generous dose of humor.

Nancy lives in Southern Columbia County with her two beloved dogs, Pierre and Penelope, surrounded by friends and family who have also made the transition north.
