I feel very fortunate to have worked with Noel Mason on the sale of my beach house in Amagansett. Every step of the way, from pricing and listing the property to closing the sale, Noel was remarkable for her diligence, knowledge and graciousness. The property was sold within six weeks at close to the asking price. I want to emphasize Noel’s diligence, especially in scheduling numerous showings of the house, and anticipating issues before they came up. Also, no point was too small for her attention, and she stepped in often to resolve problems on the spot. When I worked with her I always felt that her minimum standard was “above and beyond.” I relied often on her good judgement and detailed knowledge for problems with inspections, choosing a lawyer, and dealing with the unexpected. Her graciousness made the experience pleasant and seamless. She was always responsive to my questions and dealt diplomatically with the buyers when the need arose.

As a longtime resident of East Hampton, Noel is intimately familiar with the area which was important to us as we began our search.
