David Deza is the Managing Director for Brown Harris Stevens Miami, overseeing the firm's Miami offices, including Miami Beach, Coconut Grove, and South Miami. With more than 25 years of experience in South Florida's real estate industry, he brings deep expertise in brokerage leadership, business development, and agent coaching.

Deza leads recruitment, business development, and productivity coaching for BHS Miami, supporting agents across the region. He joined BHS following a successful tenure at Keller Williams and is known for developing talent and championing innovation, earning both regional and national recognition.

His career spans both real estate and finance, including founding a successful lending firm. Beyond his professional achievements, Deza is a father of two and actively supports the community, serving as a wish granter for Make A Wish and supporting various local causes.
