With nearly two decades of experience across brokerage, development, and strategic leadership, Jared Antin serves as Executive Director of Brown Harris Stevens. Based in the firm's flagship office at 445 Park Avenue, he leads company-wide efforts to elevate the agent experience, drive strategic growth, and translate market insights into actionable guidance. Jared fosters a high-performance culture grounded in trust, accountability, and innovation, empowering agents to exceed expectations and helping clients navigate complex markets with clarity and confidence.



With a foundation as a successful agent and a proven track record of building high-performing teams, Jared is known for his collaborative leadership style, operational rigor, and unwavering commitment to client-first service.

Jared earned his degree in Finance and Economics with a concentration in Real Estate from James Madison University. He lives in Bedford, NY with his wife and two young children, where he also serves on the Town of Bedford's Planning Board and participates in local community events. In his free time, he enjoys golf, travel, and exploring local wineries.
