Both times I worked with Bo and Anna, as a buyer and a seller, they dedicated a great deal of time and resources to our search and took the initiative to keep me focused on closing the deal. When I was looking to buy, they made sure that I saw as many apartments as possible so that I could make an informed decision regarding where I wanted to live, and they kept me positive and excited when my enthusiasm waned. When I wanted to sell, they brought people to the property almost daily and held frequent open houses. Because of this, I was able to sell my Gramercy apartment in three months at just under my asking price, which I think is a phenomenal result given what the market was like in 2008. I wholeheartedly recommend Bo and Anna to others, especially if they are looking to make a transaction quickly. They are the best brokers to have in this current market. -

I told them what I wanted, they listened and understood which attributes of a home were most important to me. They never wasted my time and yet gave me a good taste of the market; they outlined the scope, as well as what I could expect above and below my price range. They didnt take me to see every single home on the market because they had a strong sense of what I wanted. When I look to buy or sell again, they will be my first call. -
