Wendy Lynch

A lifelong resident of the New Canaan-Darien area, Realtor Wendy Lynch’s 24 years as an award-winning, multimillion dollar producer, puts her in a unique position to serve prospective home buyers and sellers in this sought after and special market. Wendy’s keen knowledge of the area’s past and present, not only in terms of real estate but also town histories, has made her invaluable to a host of gratified homeowners. Since 1995, Wendy has consistently achieved top awards in the industry, including Top Producer of the Year for her New Canaan office. In addition to Relocation Specialist, she has also been awarded Diamond, Emerald, Gold, Silver and Bronze Circle Honors. She has earned her GRI designation and is continually striving for new areas to grow and enhance her abilities to perform at a top level in her career. Wendy is a member of National Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, Consolidated Multiple Listing Service and both the New Canaan and Darien Multiple Listing Services. She is well rooted in the area and knows the towns she services with lifelong roots.

As a mother of three children, Wendy is familiar with both the private and the public school systems in the New Canaan-Darien area, having seen two of her three graduate high school and move onto college already. Her husband Craig also has long term roots in the area and presently works for a local builder. Her family is deeply embedded in the real estate business with her mother and brother both actively working in the field in different capacities.

Never without energy, Wendy is an avid runner and has been a marathon runner and mentor trainer for the Leukemia Society Team in Training program, an effort to promote runners and their fundraising to help find a cure for Leukemia. When she isn’t working tirelessly for her clients, you can find Wendy volunteering her time at Silver Hill Hospital, Waveny Life Care Network and New Canaan Girls Softball. Wendy is also a certified member of the CERT Program.
