Six Brown Harris Stevens Stars Appointed to REBNY Residential Committee Leadership

Brown Harris Stevens is proud to congratulate six members of its team on their recent appointments to leadership roles with the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) Residential Committees. Organizations helping shape the future of New York City real estate.

Jared Antin, Executive Director of Brown Harris Stevens, has been appointed Co-Chair of the REBNY Residential Manhattan Committee. Casey Soloff has been named Co-Chair of the REBNY Residential Brooklyn Committee, while Jonna Stark will serve as Co-Chair of the REBNY Residential Queens Committee.

Adding to BHS’s representation across the city, Steve Kliegerman will serve as Co-Chair of the REBNY New Development Committee, while Whitney Osentoski and Leesa Grant, both of BHS’s Harlem Office, will serve as Co-Chairs of the REBNY Residential Upper Manhattan Committee.

It’s a significant honor—and a tremendous opportunity to help bring New York City’s residential real estate professionals together, helping to organize networking opportunities and panels, foster dialogue among industry professionals and create meaningful opportunities for members of the real estate community to connect, learn and collaborate.

Meet the Co-Chairs

Jared Antin | Manhattan

As Executive Director of Brown Harris Stevens, Jared Antin brings nearly two decades of experience spanning residential brokerage, development and strategic leadership. A former successful agent and accomplished team builder, Antin works across BHS to strengthen the agent experience and drive strategic growth. He is also a frequent industry commentator on market dynamics, brokerage strategy and agent development.

Steve Kliegerman | New Development

As President of Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing, Steve Kliegerman is one of New York’s most respected leaders in the new development sector. With more than 30 years of real estate experience, he has overseen more than $15 billion in sales representing more than 10,000 units and has helped lead the marketing of some of New York City’s most prominent developments. A recognized industry authority and recipient of REBNY’s Henry Forster Award for lifetime achievement, Kliegerman brings a wealth of experience and a longstanding commitment to the profession to his role as Co-Chair of the New Development Committee.

Casey Soloff | Brooklyn

A New Yorker for more than two decades, Casey Soloff brings a distinctive combination of real estate expertise, strategic thinking and creative experience to his role. Before entering real estate, Soloff spent 15 years as a writer and creative director at leading advertising agencies including DDB, Saatchi & Saatchi and R/GA. Today, he specializes in New York’s competitive co-op market and approaches real estate as a lifelong advisor, guided by a philosophy of candor, strategy and lasting relationships.

Jonna Stark | Queens

A longtime Long Island City resident and accomplished Queens real estate professional, Jonna Stark specializes in luxury condos, co-ops and townhouses. Her deep knowledge of the borough has earned her repeated recognition as both LIC Agent of the Year and Queens Agent of the Year, as well as recognition as a Top Agent in New York State by REAL Trends. She brings extensive industry experience and a longstanding commitment to the Queens community to her role.

Whitney Osentoski | Upper Manhattan

Based in BHS’s Harlem Office, Whitney Osentoski has built a highly successful career rooted in an exceptional knowledge of Harlem and Upper Manhattan. The No. 1 agent in the BHS Harlem Office from 2020 through 2023, Osentoski has closed more than 300 transactions representing more than $320 million in sales. His business spans resale, rentals and new development, with his work extending throughout Manhattan and into Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx. Known for combining boots-on-the-ground market knowledge with empathy and innovative marketing, Osentoski brings a deeply informed and community-focused perspective to his role as Co-Chair of the Upper Manhattan Committee.

Leesa E. Grant | Upper Manhattan

A longtime Brown Harris Stevens professional based in the firm’s Harlem Office, Leesa E. Grant brings deep knowledge of the Upper Manhattan market and a strong commitment to serving buyers, sellers and renters throughout the community. Her extensive experience in Harlem and surrounding neighborhoods gives her a valuable perspective on the evolving residential landscape of Upper Manhattan. As Co-Chair of the Upper Manhattan Committee, Grant will help bring together local real estate professionals, foster meaningful connections and contribute to the continued growth and strength of the industry in the communities she knows so well.
