Skyline Advisory Team Joins Brown Harris Stevens

By Ashley Brennan

Brown Harris Stevens is excited to welcome the Skyline Advisory Team, led by John Dugan and Mick DiStasio, to our Union Square office!

Recognized as one of New York City’s top-producing teams—and previously ranked #1 at Elegran—the Skyline Advisory Team brings a group of eight accomplished agents and more than $400 million in career sales to BHS. Their track record includes millions in rental transactions and a reputation for professionalism, creativity, and client-first service.

Joining John and Mick are Rogan Mason, Jasvir Bal, Howard Hauptman, Rosa Teves, Val Loxhaj, and Jonathan (aka Will) Wade.

“Our Union Square office just got stronger,” said BHS CEO Bess Freedman. “John, Mick, and the Skyline team have incredible experience, proven success, and a collaborative spirit that perfectly aligns with our firm.”

Both John and Mick bring unique backgrounds that set them apart in the industry. John Dugan, a former Infantry Combat Team Leader in the United States Marine Corps and a Chef de Cuisine in Michelin-starred restaurants, blends discipline and precision with creativity in his real estate practice. “Joining Brown Harris Stevens is an exciting next chapter,” said Dugan. “We’re eager to tap into the firm’s resources, new website, and supportive culture to deliver the best service to our clients.”

Mick DiStasio, a former professional basketball player, has built his real estate career on teamwork, strategy, and perseverance. “From our first conversations with BHS leadership, we knew this was the right fit,” said DiStasio. “The firm’s reputation for integrity and excellence mirrors our own values.”
