First Month Rent + Security to move in. Application fee $20 + $20 credit score fee. If you provide your credit score, the $20 for credit score will be waived and you only pay $20 application fee.
Application fee is not refundable.

Upon approval and if you would like to go forward you are required to pay one month's security deposit, the first month's rent and one month's broker's fee.

The lease will be prepared once all the applicants are committed.
