When people think of “moving to the suburbs,” it’s no small wonder Montclair is top of mind when house-hunting. I truly believe many of the same reasons my parents moved here from New York over 50 years ago are many of the same reasons current day homebuyers have for choosing Montclair: an “urban burb” unique for its blend of arts, culture and a lively downtown and other shopping districts in the six square miles! It offers a diverse experience with a strong sense of community, making it a great place to visit and live.
