Believing that knowledge is power, Arlene educates her clients throughout the various steps of the real estate process so they understand everything they need to know (from market conditions and neighborhoods to building specifics) to make the best decisions. She is an expert negotiator and communicator who protects her clients’ interest and keeps them abreast of every phase of their transaction.
Arlene and her son Ira make up the Weidberg Team, a highly respected team that has delivered superior customer service, integrity, and ingenuity to their discerning clients for years. The team’s diverse background in real estate brokerage, management, finance, advertising, and law equips them with well-rounded expertise that is invaluable in all aspects of a real estate transaction. Before joining Brown Harris Stevens, Arlene worked for other top real estate companies and owned and managed her own real estate company. Prior to that, she honed her financial savvy on Wall Street.
Arlene resides on the Upper East Side with her husband and is an active volunteer and fundraiser for the American Cancer Society Special Events Committee and Hope Lodge Manhattan. She is a member of the Central Park Conservancy and the NY Botanical Gardens. Arlene enjoys reading, music, theater, design, decorating, and travel when her busy schedule allows.
