He always responds promptly to my calls and emails, and he consistently goes above and beyond to put my mind at ease. A few months ago, he listed one of my units for rent and found the perfect match for the building in less than a month. He thoroughly screened the applicants by reviewing their financials, credit, and criminal background, contacting previous landlords, and evaluating their rental history. He also conducted both phone and in-person meetings to ensure they were the right fit. His process was so thorough that I had nothing left to worry about or question.
